It's actually a change in the weather that brings out the best, put it down to the monsoon.

And that your honour is the case for the defence.🫡🫡

If you look at the photo it is a very small amount but the Cops are trying to make it sound like some big bust. Why did the Phuket Express not ask the cops the amount. Good pointing though Brit Boy ..

Not defending the guy - he got caught with a little meth...  Silly boy.

But...

Firstly, the amount is tiny - its not as if he was dealing, so the faux outrage by the Police, the photo's, the pointing is all just a btt too much pantomime which highlights elements of hypocrisy considering how rife this drug is amongst the Thai populace.

Secondly, yes, as predictable as a ticking clock, the obvious (known) Brit bashers have surfaced... they just can't help themselves, they'd be expressing their anti-brit outrage if these guys were caught with a viagra pill.

Yes, WOT??? Here we just have another one o' our lads 'avin' a bit o' fun. Why spoil the fun? Our lad should have been given an understanding smile and waved through to carry on drunk driving and enjoying his meth. Get them Thais instead! After ALL the Thais are locked up, and the Red Bull heir brought to justice, THEN the police can dare suggest a Brit not drive drunk and possess meth.

So our Brit excuse industry ramps up again, Whataboutism, first of all. WHY does yet another article about one o' our lads, aimed at informing our Brit members of Thai xenophobia and police mistreatment of the lads, not just report about Thais? It's incomprehensible. We wanna read about Thais misdeeds and enjoy one of our good ol' bigoted bash fests, hee hee. Of course there's gon' be drunk driving Brits w/ their meth. That ain't no news!

Everyone's committed some youthful indiscretion. Let he w/o sin cast the first stone! People who live in glass houses, blah blah. Nothing to see here except more unjust Thai persecution. HOW MUCH MORE OF THIS CAN WE TAKE? Word's getting around all them council estates now that Thailand ain't the land of smiles, cheep beer, drunkenness, meth, and pussy any longer. The tourism industry and Thai economy are going to be devastated if they keep this up.

A civilized country, like the paradise of the UK, knows to ignore drunk driving and meth possession by the lads. Brits should be free to be Brits! God save the King! It's OK; nothing to see here!

First sensible post of the day.

Here is an idea.....do not take illegal drugs in Thailand.  Guess what, life will be much easier here if you respect the laws of this country, that YOU decided to move to.

Is it just me or is the drugs are bad drum sounding more frequently at the moment, it's almost as if some group has asked for more coverage on such events.

Thaksin is back in control and he is notoriously anti-drugs. Remember his war on drugs, extra-judicial killings, etc.

One or two miscreants aside, the vast majority of visitors do respect the laws of the country. It's the locals that seem not to.
