June 10, 23:30, a fire broke out at a sushi restaurant within the Kasetsart University campus in Bangkhen. The incident occurred near Gate 1 on Ngamwongwan Road, prompting an immediate response from the firefighters from the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, Ladyao emergency volunteers, and Poh Teck Tung Foundation volunteers.

The blaze was found raging inside the Salmon King Sushi Bar located on the first floor of the Ngamwongwan 1 parking structure. Firefighters managed to extinguish the fire within about 45 minutes. However, the area was still filled with smoke, requiring an additional 30 minutes of ventilation to bring the situation fully under control.

Initial reports indicate that the fire completely destroyed the restaurant, covering an area of approximately 50 square meters. Authorities have cordoned off the site and are coordinating with forensic officials to investigate the cause of the fire.
