In the after debate analysis on CNN the Dems side were saying that they blame his minders for even allowing him to go on the debate. One of the GOP guys said that Trump had Biden beaten from  the start and should have been more statesman like by easing up on the attack dog actions, but Trump being Trump and likely being really PO by Biden's 3 year attack on him went for Biden's throat.

 

The problem for Trump now is that he likely thinks he won the debate, but he didn't, Biden lost it. A better candidate could have wiped Trump, but Biden is gone baby gone in the brain department.

 

I'm wondering when one of the Biden sycophants that have been crowing about how great Biden is will come on here and try to tell us that Biden is a winner.

 

One of the pre debate talking heads on Al Jazeera was saying how never in the history of televised US presidential debates has the debate changed the election outcome, but IMO this will be a first. I just don't see how anyone that watched it thinks Biden has a way back from that fiasco. I actually felt sorry for him when it became obvious he has lost it, but had to keep going on, and I despise the man, that's how bad it was for him.

 

In other countries the reaction is IMO likely:

Russia

 

North Korea

 

Iran

Trump isn't a good debater but Biden is a fool. 5/10 Trump and 1/10 Biden. At least Trump uses his own words, Biden was being coached via an ear piece.

My initial reaction to Biden walking on was "This is going to be a push over for Trump", but at the end it was "Wow, did that actually happen for real"

Unbelievable, I think even the most ardent Biden supporter must realize that their candidate is not fit to be the president of the United States. This was so obvious in this debate. Biden's performance was so embarrassing that I could not even watch it after awhile. This is serious folks, the Russians and Chinese are salivating at the prospect of another four years of this incoherent man being president. If the democrats were smart and care for the U.S. they would choose another candidate as soon as possible.

I never preferred Biden in 24 as the democratic nominee. I wanted him to open up the primary. As he didn't as wasn't opposed of course I supported him against the convicted felon and still will if he doesn't step aside. But he had a job one to perform at the debate and he failed. I hope he is wise enough to be happy with one successful term and not put American democracy at risk by staying on and losing.

As usual you don't have a clue about American politics.

If Biden steps down in time that means the entire ticket steps down and there can be an open convention.

In an open convention Harris wouldn't have a chance.

It would be between Newsom, Whitmer, and maybe Klobuchar.

Personally I prefer Whitmer but with such a short campaign name recognition is more important, and Newsom would be the natural favorite.

Newsom would murder the convicted felon in the general!

 

Saying all this, unfortunately Joe Biden bless his dear heart, is a very stubborn old coot, and it will be very hard for him to step down.
