And for many people it took a week or more to even get this evisa and many just had to come visa exempt for 30 days because it took so long. It should take an hour or so at most to get an evisa if system is done right. Ever try to get an evisa from Turkey or many other countries? It's quick. -

Phuket art festival: Thai dancers to take over Venice canals
In an unprecedented cultural spectacle, Thai dancers commandeered Venice’s iconic gondolas, leaving locals and tourists in awe as Phuket stakes its claim as the next global art hotspot. Thailand’s Office of Contemporary Art and Culture, under the Ministry of Culture, held a press conference in Venice, Italy, on Monday, September 2 to promote the Phuket Biennale 2025. Modelled after the illustrious Venice Biennale Art Exhibition, this international contemporary art festival promises to transform Phuket into a pulsating city of art. Scheduled from November 2025 to April 2026, the Phuket Biennale 2025 will feature works by over 60 Thai and international artists, displayed across various venues around the island. David Teh, the festival’s Artistic Director, unveiled the theme for this edition: Eternal [Kalpa], which delves into the sustainable relationship between humans and nature. The event aims not only to elevate Phuket’s artistic landscape but also to promote sustainable tourism in the province, already famed as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy and a world-renowned tourist destination. One of the press conference’s show-stopping moments was a Rong-Ngeng performance, a traditional dance from Thailand’s southern region, staged aboard a gondola navigating the Venetian canals. airasia cancellation when can u get a refund back????
Had an issue with Thai Airways couple of years ago, they cancelled the flight, so took the option for a refund. After couple of months; no monies, tried phoning, but RTNR (Ring Tone No Reply), so as up in Bangkok took a visit to their office. Met a fantastic Customer Services Agent who spoke to Refunds, also gave me their ex-directory e-mail to keep in contact, money returned in a week. Not saying you should nip over to KL, but sometimes the old fashioned face-to-face customer service is best. -

I'm no lover of bullies. I agree these particular dogs should be put down. But think about it. Humans are a 100 times worse. Wars, terrorists attacks etc, etc. And who breeds and sells these dogs in the first place? Man's inhumanity to man (and the animal world) far exceeds any damage the animal world inflicts on us. Anyway, that's my 2 cents worth of contribution to this conversation..- 1
