I bought these exercise bands 200 baht each. Use them 6 days a week anywhere. Can feel my arms and shoulders getting strong. Can take on bus, train, plane. I was surprised to see even powerlifters use them. Tie to tree for rows. Put under feet for shoulder press.

The best way is to tie on tree and stand facing away to stretch the muscle. For triceps face away and pull overhead. Called french press or something.

They are only good to get the "pump" blood flow to the muscle 

 

I use the band one which goes under your feet then you can do the bicep curls 

But last night (at work) I did the pushups on a stairway ,try 20 you will feel your chest burning

I do one arm presses away from tree. Rows do one arm til failure then do 2 arms. Low for lats then high for rear delts.
