Does that include the lese majeste case as well? Because I can not for my life understand how he can get a royal pardon, and after that be accused for lese majeste?

Possibly because the one it's been designed to protect couldn't care less about this archaic law - seems it's only trotted out by the pollies when it suits them to protect their collective ar$e's.

Certificate of Innocence? Do all prisoners released on Parole get same at end of parole term? Is it  to brag as much as a Certificate of Sanity from a hospital?

This is definitely false news; he was traveling all over Thailand also visiting other countries, I suppose he also receives a clean bill of health together with his innocence certificate ......LOL 😂🤣😎

Certificate of innocence means in this context that this is another piece of evidence that Thailand's place in the world is right in the middle of the most corrupt countries .

Why not grant him total immunity for everything he has ever done and everything he will ever do ...?

And what about his conviction and his release on parole ?

How can a convicted criminal receive a " certificate of innocence " ?
