I would never buy a ticket where a mere 20 minutes delay could cause me to miss a connecting flight and do not understand why airlines offer them . Before British Airways stopped there flights from London to bkk I was checking prices for flights from Zurich to bkk. British Airways showed zrh to LCY ( City Airport) Then 4 hours later lhr to bkk I know this is virtually impossible self transfer one side of London to the other. Plus if you are not British or European you will need a British visa so at check in you are screwed -

Yes as part of the change to this new taxation should it occur, they would also have to amend their rules getting a thai tax id as well as filing tax forms whether one has assessable income or not. Until these changes occur, no one need to do anything. -

I'd be furious IF in the process of having to avoid a psycho-motorcyclist or another vehicle travelling the wrong way down the road (i.e. avoiding a head on collision) that I swerve and cause damage to government property, the authorities are going to come after me for the costs of damage. Dash-Cams - Just another reason to have them. -

I don't think you'll find all that much water that was dropped on or around Hanoi over the last few days moving to Thailand least of all Bangkok. I think the geography of Vietnam and the laws of physics would suggest the South China Sea as a more likely destination.
