90 Day Report

I am on a one year extension of stay, been out of Thailand and returning with a re-entry permit. I will complete a TM30 as usual, but can I do the TM47 online or do I need to report in person at the immigration office. I have not used the 90 day online system before, so any guidance would be appreciated.

Someone who knows what they are talking about might confirm this......but it seems you have to do your 90 day report in person having been out of the country.....logic???? No idea.
