The place you live only needs to have access to nature (if you care about that) and/or have good amenities and/or not be polluted or overcrowded, have a low cost of living.

It just needs to be a pleasant and comfortable place to live, not somewhere where there's endless things "to do".

Most of what you "do" has nothing to do with the place you live.

You need to exercise anywhere in the world.

The entertainment is all online - music, movies

And that's what travel is for, to get out when you're bored.

Expecting to find one place with a million things to do is stupid. Oh wait, who started this thread again?

I think you need what you need. It is all about the passage of time.

You visit hospitals for fun? :coffee1:

I did. That was the nearest decent restaurant and coffee shop to my house...

May you be unburdened by what has been through the passage of time.

Wake up. Have coffee and continue the bake at Temples. Then have lunch and bake more. Then pool and bake. Nap. Then go out while the maid cleans. Then dinner and TV. Interspersed with laundry, shopping, massages, live music, cooking etc.

Then roll around my lonely bed, get up, grab a bus to the border and by the evening, my head is upside down on a Go Go stage at Nana.

There is a good number of Eurotrash in Siem. Most of my Brit mates are Labour, but not Scousers.

Two days in Bangkok and I have had enough. The heat by the beach or somewhere a bit peaceful is bearable or nice - in Bangkok with the pollution and traffic is no fun. Unless you live indoors all the time but who wants that.

We stay in BKK long enough to change planes - and airports if necessary. In the early evening going from Don Meaung to Swampy, it felt like living in blade runner world. Feel like you are in a soup of pollution and humidity. Prefer Khon Kaen, the wife's hometown.

I'd probably be able to stop it if you were on fire.

Buriram has very good sex education. May be the best in Thailand?

Bangkok's similar sex park looks dead... run down. Can't compete ping-pong live shows?

It's counterpart in Chiang Mai is Chiang Mai Erotic Gardens. It's a real hoot for the broad-minded.
