U.S. Topic -- Clarification sought about starting Medicare Part B upon repatriation
Yes and No. What I did was I signed up for B in the three months ahead of my birthday. I'd been researching all the options for additional coverage so I knew who I was going with. I contacted Wellmark (or whoever you choose) to tell them I was enrolled in B, they do some online check with Medicare and within 10 mins I was signed up. I filed away my Medicare card and just carry the Wellmark card. After my initial confusion of the baffling array of options, the actual sign up was curiously rather easy. If you then go back to the Medicare website and look at your account it shows you are signed up with an outside provider -

While you doubtlessly know that commercial banks create fiat currencies out of thin air by loaning what they do not possess, central banks can go a lot further. And faster. If they abolish cash, as they are planning to ["as a move against crime, contagious infection, etc"] they will be in a position to have total control over everyone's earnings and spendings. That is fine for those with total trust in central banksters. -

How on earth do you Diet in Thailand ?
I must say, you are well read. Whereas you have convinced me of low carb (maybe less of keto, and maybe not as extreme as you) - thank you - I am unsure what to make of the seed oil controversy. One thing I learned from the Thai study above: these relatively small (if significant) changes in lipids don't look like they are of big clinical relevance. Just one small brick in the wall. -
