But then....the guys here really got on my case, so very much, that I had to begin toeing the line. Still, I miss those days when I used to post my comments inside of other's comments. How often do you get your ACs cleaned?
We get our a/c cleaned every 4 months. Samsung send out a couple of guys, it only takes about 40 minutes and 800 baht for 2 units. Been doing it for over 10 years and no problems yet -

Every bank I've asked said it's not possible without seeing a work permit or a non-immigrant visa. But the bank employees didn't seem familiar with the DTV, so maybe it will be easier in the future after banks update their guidelines. -

BS! It´s a different shark. Let´s say like this, they are enough smart to want some form of security for a loan. Income of 150 baht is not such security. And, yes! If you had any knowledge about sharks, you would know that almost all of them make selections. In fact, that is why there are not more shark attacks on humans. -

Information requested with regard to 800000 Baht in bank for retirement visa
And you, for your part, have also expressed your opinion, which is tantamount to scaremongering par excellence IMHO. Have you actually heard of any instances where retirees were rapped over their knuckles (or worse) for failing to report back to their immigration office exactly 3 months to the nearest nanosecond after lodging their latest retirement extension application if using the 800k bank balance method? I most certainly have not!
