condo recommendation in bkk

i used to stay in one place all the time in On Nut...but now after covid they rent it only for 1 year....I need something to rent per month....

it needs to be quiet...near BTS....around 40 + 50 sq m with internet.... and a place where you don't hear neighbours talking because if paper thin walls....

I like on nut area....but after they demolished the garden...i am kind of open to search for new place.....also farmers market should be near...so I can walk and buy my fruit and veggies....thank you

Monger ghettos like Omni, Saranjai near Nana. Two large condo blocks on Blue line at Thai culture center (din daeng side). Anything past on nut will be more in that range. 40+ at 13-15k is doable. 50 is a stretch that only luck will bring.

 

You must be aware of that condos are only available on 1yr lease. I suspect that any condo let for 6 months will be more expensive and they will probably take your deposit as well.
