"You don't have to use weights, you can use things that work the same as weights." Sure, I guess. 🤷♂️ Bands aren't going to do the same thing as weights though. There's a certain amount of effort that you need to make to see the benefits. Similarly, with body weight, the issue is that it's tricky to get the same range of movements and exercises that way. You can do some pull ups, some press ups, etc. The problem is that that's kind of limiting, and many aren't actually strong enough to do enough repetitions. Weights are best. -

The German government on Monday expressed concern about the high death toll of Palestinian civilians around food distribution points in the Gaza Strip. Spokesman Stefan Kornelius said Berlin is "very concerned about these reports, which are coming in almost daily, about incidents and violence in connection with the distribution of food." Okay, to be fair I did it as well. Once again, the left arm is very clearly shown pushing the girl. You see the arm go forward and then retracting like in a very forceful push. The evidence looks very clear. I take the point that the Thai girl had her hands on him, however, self-defence has to be proportionate. You cannot use the kind of force the Swede used in that situation. He pushed the girl to the floor very forcefully with his left arm, she could have hit her head on the floor and had a serious injury. It is clear from her body language that this forced fall was what pushed her over the edge. The force used by the Swede was disproportioante. Even if she goes mental at him, grabbing him, the response has to be proportionate to the threat posed. This was a slight girl facing a large man. His use of excessive force would ensure he would get an assault conviction without any shadow of a doubt. -

You are correct, it is too good to be true. When necessary, You will be required to prove the income within the tax year period. So, you must ensure that the financial institution gives you clear records of amount held in accounts at the end of each tax year. For Thailand that is 31 december. For My outside accounts i have the information. The uk channel islands offshore bank gives me statements at 31 december for each account. Not the 5th april uk tax year. And if it is a large amount you hold then you may consider to create subaccounts to better separate it from other income. So it would be easier to prove. -

Israeli forces killed at least 22 people and wounded 20 others, many of whom were attempting to get desperately needed food aid in southern Gaza, according to witnesses, hospitals and Gaza’s Health Ministry. Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis said it received the bodies of 11 people who were shot while returning from an aid site associated with Israeli and US-backed Gaza Humanitarian Fund in southern Gaza on Monday, part of a deadly pattern that has killed more than 500 Palestinians in the chaotic and controversial aid distribution programme over the past month.
