at central close to tops on 2nd floor any good? i think this one is super rich... not sure

Can you go to the money exchangers and ask them whether they have any US $ to sell ?

   If you cannot walk or something or you are stuck in I.C.U , I could go on your behalf and ask .

i can walk... but thanks... i live in banchang so plan on going next week... looking for anyone who knows so i can avoid driving needlessly around...

If I need US $ I go to Bank Gold on Soi Rungland just off South Pattaya Rd (Pattaya Tai).

They handle large amounts of cash and always had plenty of US $.

Try Kasikorn on 4th floor in Central Mall.

Or big branches of TT on 2nd Rd near junction with Sth Pattaya Rd and another on Naklua Rd just before Soi 18.

"Best" for what?   Location, rate, attractiveness of staff, number of customers usually waiting...what are you looking for (apart from dollars)?

There is no Superrich in Pattaya.

Go to any TT Exchange booth, they're everywhere and usually always give the best rates
