"I'd struggle to get by on £86,000 p.a. in London." Then how do you feel about pensioners on app £12000 p.a. having their Winter fuel Allowance stopped by the Government that says "all pensioners, ALL pensioners will be better off under Labour"? -

Foreign couple loses 100,000 baht to Muay Thai trainer in Phuket
Yes, I always trust someone I have known for only a short time. Number 1 rule in Thailand is everything is about Money and how to get you to part ways with your money. If they were Not attempting to do something questionable they could have gone with them to the Immigration office, once all the paperwork and Visa fees are paid and Immigration has the passports for processing a portion of the money could be transferred. Lastly in any of these Agreement a clear message of what your expectations are and expect the other person to complete with the agreed fee mentioned will help clarify the objectives. The person obtaining the Visa sending a photo of their license may also help. -

Pathum-Thani, first time using $$ in bank for marriage extension, questions.
At Pathum Thani I always got bank letter first, and next day I went to the IO for the extension. No issues. Always required update bankbook on day application. Parking in front of the office 20 thb, and with the recent high water you might get some dirt on the shoes. They were always nice and fast. Never more than 45 minutes for the yearly extension. ST- 1

You should disregard that site as wrong info is everywhere, eg. Only needing £10,000 bank statement and it says 3 million baht insurance is required for non-imm O. The only site you need to access is the Thai e-visa site https://www.thaievisa.go.th/ This states the following for non-imm O -

What Happens If There's a Tie in the US Presidential Election?
You would think that, even in an overly-complex system such as the electoral college nonsense, experience might have suggested to someone that having an EVEN NUMBER of total electoral college votes (538) is, um, not necessarily the sensible way to go. -

V P Debate
Firstly, there is no state in the USA that allows murder of babies already born. As for Hamas, Iran, gun seizures, you've got no proof that VP Harris supports any of that. But keep up with the lies if it makes you feel better about yourself. -

Harris Lies, Americans Die. Illegal Aliens are more Important
From the above Newsweek link: However, SSP (The Shelter and Services Program) is a small share of FEMA's overall yearly budget. For the new financial year which began Oct. 1, the agency laid out a need for $33.1 billion. "These claims are completely false," a DHS spokesperson told Newsweek Thursday, addressing the accusations by Abbott and others. "As Secretary Mayorkas said, FEMA has the necessary resources to meet the immediate needs associated with Hurricane Helene and other disasters. "The Shelter and Services Program (SSP) is a completely separate, appropriated grant program that was authorized and funded by Congress and is not associated in any way with FEMA's disaster-related authorities or funding streams."
