My Attachments delete option gone.

I have uploaded an attachment to a post (jpg file) that I thought was fully redacted of personal information

however I missed a bit...now  I can't edit the post  and also can not remove the attatchment

I'm sure there was and option in the past to delete attachments  where did it disappear to ?

There's a time limit within which we can edit a post we make. If it's important, report your post and ask for the attachment to be deleted.

There used to be the option to remove attachments from the

"my attachments"  menu in account settings  a user could remove their own attachments/files  this option seems to have disappeared...I'm asking if its just me ?  and if not why was it removed  and please restore this important option.
