Yesterday I stumbled upon this video from an American gym, with some well-known YouTubers. Looking at those fat ugly women in that gym, I wonder how the women outside of gyms look over there. Maybe Thailand is not so bad after all.

That video doesn't show much of what's there. I worked out for 45 years in many, many gyms, including training others for over 16, and believe me, there are thousands of very fit women in them, along with the general public. Of course more are overweight, but that is everywhere, including here where obesity is rising, and will continue indefinitely because of the way people eat.

Remember also there are millions of women accepting fat men worldwide because of their finances. Nothing wrong with preferring a slim girl over a fat one, but the attitude that brings can be deeper than just their weight. Women gain weight for many reasons. Not being treated well in a relationship is one of them.

After that I will say that 37,9% are overweight in UK and 25,9% obese.

At last we look at Thailand stats, that say 32% overweight, but only 9% obese 

So, there you have it. I would say, not even a close call.

Those stats are over 8 years old. The obesity rate here is in the middle teens at least and rising yearly.

A diet of fast food and 7/11 junk, alot of sugar and no exercise can be a lethal combination. Combine that with no education about nutrition and you have a perfect storm. 

 

Thankfully there are still many 44 kilo beauties out there.

What is going on? Same as in your home country! Fast food, processed food, sugary drinks (food), cakes aso. Many are obese (what about you?), So, why should it be different from UK or US?

Thai food won't make you fat (kanom excluded), but fast food and processed supermarket/711/etc. food and soft drinks will. People generally are not well-educated about nutrition.

Today it is ubiquitous, and one serving can add 300 to 700 calories to the daily diet, depending on serving size, flavor and topping.

Daily intake required by a woman 160cm tall, little or no exercise, weighting 50 kg and aiming at maintaining it, is around 1,500 calories/day.

It's caused by the increased consumption of ultra processed food.  It's not good for us, not only because of the damage done to the food by processing, but also because of the components added in order to maximise consumption which induce many to overeat.  It is the reason for the obesity epidemic in the West.  It is coming here.

Pretty much most women are liars if you judge by your comment. They wear make-up, color their hair and present a more appealing image than in real life. Kinda like waking up next to that "beauty" from the bar after a long night drinking.

No, just in Scotland, but watching the likes of Good Morning Britain on TV etc as well as doing a lot of travelling, the vast majority of men had hairy faces.
