October 29, 20241 yr I will say that it is a good thing. I know it is used by many that are fasting regularly and do not eat for a specific number of days. I have done it my self. The butter will not raise your insulin significantly. If any one want to knw more about this, then just to to YouTube and search. 😎

October 29, 20241 yr You would fit right in in Tibet, only there they use Yak butter. It's a very salty, rather briny taste and it tends to be used in tea instead of coffee, but you should seriously consider a trip to Tibet.
