I eat heaps of fiber, in the form of bamboo, cauliflower, broccoli, green beans, cabbage and fruit.

 

Yes, habitual can be once a year. I think sensible people will take my meaning in a normal context.

instead of butter, I put MCT oil in my coffee before working out every morning. it does break my fast, and it gives huge amount of instant energy. Grass fed butter also have MCT in it, but much less than pure MCT.

 

Sometimes I put my own made cannabutter in my coffee as well, but I leave that to the weekends 😄 hahaha
