But what about all of the other Nationalities' criminal D/b's?

Not a realistic project I'm afraid.

(I did work on such a project on these D/b's when I had a proper job.)

There are scenarios already where people applying for certain visas or jobs need to provide a home country criminal record check?

The damn yabba is back. Or maybe pot induced psychosis? Hmm. Just say No, kids.

Yabba is always here.  Worse in the village's. Unfortunately the addict has to commit a crime before being arrested. Which means many deaths!! By then it's too lste. It's cheap! And has no age barriers. My wife's son has been in jail 3 times. Gun's knives etc.its very bad in the village now. And no hope of getting better. CORRUPTION is everywhere as we know.

Thailand urgently needs "tourist scavengers" to locate and isolate scum like this. At Ratchada 4 almost every second day some "agitated foreigner"

Catch, neuter and send them to temp. asylum

I would not refer to this guy as scum as there are far more deserving cases. Young people are far more likely to experiment and I see a victim of that, he needs help.

How do you know? Are you a medical person? Have you examined him?

You could be right but maybe you are wrong, many reasons for his condition

Wait for the reason instead of publically assuming

Nothing wrong with assuming.better than doing what you are. NOTHING!!

YABBA Is cheap and with all the corruption is spreading because big money 💰 rules.  Just like politicians. Wherever there's cash there's corruption
