The eastern arm of the SW Monsoon actually arrived in western Thailand a bit early this year (21st May). This produced higher May rainfall than average in many areas but the CM area (and others) did not benefit straight away. -

How to get a Usufruct?
Simply ask for it. When you say 'your' property, what does that really mean ? Obviously if a detached house, it is not yours, unless you are a Thai national. Assuming you are not, as wouldn't need if Chanote in your name. Who's name is the Chanote in ? They need to give permission for the usufruct to be added. After that, need to ask the land office, what they require, paperwork, if any, to have added. You do NOT need a lawyer. Need to decide the usufruct to be just 'use' or 'use & modify'. Latter is the better choice. -

Its because you lived in thailand in the past, so they are wary on why you come so much now. Its a bit overkill imo but not our call. I would take a break for for 6 months, then keep your visits short and spread out in the future. -
