connda
So it seems that although Fox and other international news media outlets have called the race, as well as leaders from France, Israel, and Hungary calling to congratulate Trump, the Main-Stream Media in the US refuses to do so. So what happens tomorrow Wednesday November 6, 2024 in the US? The vote totals "flip" from Trump to Harris overnight? Widespread riots in Blue cities? An insurrection in Washington DC? Calls by the MSM Op-eds and Progressive bureaucrats and the FBI to contest the election due to "Russian Interference?" A full-court press by the DOJ to arrest and incarcerate Trump before his inauguration? More assassination attempts, maybe the next one successful and blamed on Iran? A military coup? What do you think? After all of these Left and Democrats in the media and government insisting that Trump would never peacefully and orderly accept the election results - will the Democrats in Congress, the Administration, and the judiciary accept a Trump win and turn over power to his administration? Will Vice President Kamala Harris certify the election in January 2025? What do you think? Edited 20 hours ago by connda
John Drake
Portland is a good place for a riot. So, too, would be San Francisco, Seattle, LA, Chicago, NYC, Philadelphia, Minneapolis, Boston, and Martha's Vineyard. Just hold back the police and fire departments and wait until they are all gone.

Actually, there is a grain of truth to that. The Left let the Lawfare genie out of the bottle when they went after Trump with a vengeance with DA campaigning on promises to "lock Trump up." Considering that in the US, a grand-jury can get an indictment on a ham sandwich, and as the average America commits a felony everyday without having any idea that they are breaking a law, anyone is a potential target, and no one in politics is "clean." There is dirt on everyone. Up to now, the Democrat aligned DOJ could go after conservatives whenever they wanted, and they did. So once the Trump team determines who will be running the DOJ during his term in office, yep! Turnaround is fair play and karma is a b***h. He probably could. Will he? I'm not so sure? For all the doom and gloom that the Left has predicted about the coming Fascist state of American under the Trump regime, wouldn't it be immensely interesting if he chose to attempt to heal the divide? To not go after those on the Left who went after him unless they grossly twisted the legal system. That the term "Make America Great Again," may actually mean to make America great again - for the majority of US citizens. Personally I'd like to see the Lawfare genie stuffed back into its bottle for good. The Justice system should never be used to go after perceived political enemies. 2 2 1

Popular Post John Drake
I remember the riots and rampages from 2016. I expect a repeat. Don't forget the burned cars and wrecked buildings during the inauguration in 2017, too. Antifa and BLM won't go quietly into the night. 4

The left lost due to their desperate incisive abject shenanigans, it doesn’t mean they’ll stop or it’s over as they have historically demonstrated. I’d be surprised if they don’t pull a major subversive stop in their desperate attempt to hold on to power. The CIA and the State Department are remarkably powerful entities that are looking to be cleaned out by the new administration unless they can find a way to stop Trump who they fear most. Popular Post AndreasHG
There are two possible outcomes: a. Trump keeps his electoral promises. 1. End the war in Ukraine before Inauguration Day. Then, from day one, expect: 2. IRA repealed and roll back Biden's electric vehicle incentives 3. Mass deportations (up to 20 milion illegal aliens living in the US) to limit the number of workers competing for a job in the USA 4. 10 to 20% tarifs on all imported goods in a boost to the job market in the USA 5. Cut federal funding to schools that teach "critical race theory" and "transgender" matters 6. Purges of the 'enemies within' (up to some million left-leaning Americans, woke, LGTBQIA+ and DEI activists, deep-state employees, etc., fired, sent to prison or concentration camps, waiting for a final solution) 7. End taxes on tips 8. No taxes on Social Security income 9. "Replace" Obamacare with something bigger and better 10. Expand the child tax credit 11. Finance the above by printing even more money. b. Trump does again what he did when he won his first presidential mandate. 1. Nothing of the above 2. A lot, lot, lot of talks about himself: how rich he is, how beautiful he is, how great he is, how loved he is, how smart he is, how feared he is by those in power, etc., etc., etc. 1 2

His days were filled with "executive time," playing golf. He doesn't like the gritty hand to hand politicking required to pass legislation and move his agenda. He did like campaigning, because it charged up his ego. This time around, if he does indeed have the House and Senate in Republican hands, there is no excuse for not getting legislation passed. And I don't mean another one of those tax cuts for billionaires. Issuing Executive Orders only to see them tied up in the courts for years, will get him nothing. Democrats are probably reserving space on court dockets right now. Edited 1 hour ago by John Drake 1
radiochaser
Well, for me, I have an appointment for radiation therapy for my skin cancer. Going to ask the doctor to look at that thing on my right cheek, I think that might be skin cancer too. Then, I will go to get a passport photo taken. I need it for the application for my permit to posses a firearms suppressor. Then it's also the day I have to water plants. Eat some food. Drink more coffee. Drive my RAM truck And last, but not least, read comments on aseannow.com! There is more, but I only listed the most important things to do.

Trusting recommendations from the 'party', that wanted to manipulate him, succeed or fail. Lesson learned for sure, as knows not to trust any of them now.
