I am moving out of my condo on the 1st September and am looking for someone to move in. My existing contract runs out on the 15th September and I would accept 5000Bht for the remaining 2 weeks (usual price 6500bht) you would then need to commit with the inhouse letting agent for a minimum of 6 months.

Mint condition - wooden floors and new fittings throughout (6 months old), UBC ready, extensive views of city from balcony and bedrom windows. Swimming pool, 2 restaraunts, 24 hr security, fitness room, laundry and mini mart. 10 mins to Seacon square, 10 mins to BTS On-Nut and 25 mins from airport.

Neither myself or my friends have seen a better priced condo for the standard in Bangkok BTS territory.
