But not many that would make Dem heads explode. I'll miss him. The Dem hysteria was soooooo entertaining.

Well, I guess enough Congressional Republicans refused any support for Gaetz and IMHO they agreed to not release the investigative report on Gaetz at all if he dropped out of the AG slot.

Still keeping on with the Trump hate posts. Yawn.

This is after all, an opinion forum and with the extreme polarization of the citizens in many countries, we will continue to be able to voice our own opinions too. Hopefully, users will not be too thin-skin and accept that others don't always agree with them.

I cannot wait for Trump to use his new conservative cabinet to clean house after four years of left wing anarchy. Trump has a mandate from the American voters to undo years of abuse by old sleepy Joe. It should be fun to watch.

Left to Right.webp

So now we get conservitive abuse with convicted  criminals

Color it any way you want but the totals were only different  by a percent.

Basically over 48% voted for Harris. That is simply a fact. The country is not as red as you see it thru Trump goggles.

Hunter was investigated, charged and found guilty

Gaetz was investigated, and was not even charged, much less convicted.

See the difference?

Hunter charged for sex crimes? Where did you read that? 😃

You believe in Project 2025? :whistling:

Apparently a sucker is born ever minute.

It's you sucker! 😃

Trump has already nominated people involved in designing this project.

Wow, what a great bunch of proposals, thanks!

What was your favorite?

Actually by reading the whole thing would have ruined my eyes, but the last explanation towards the end of the 966-page document kinda explains what it is all about - getting rid of waste, fraud, excess employees, and non-producing employees to cut down on the spending.  As it states, they began putting this together 50 years ago! and have altered it to fit current problems.  Good luck for all of us in any case.  Difficult to totally wipe everything off but some of the proposals are hard to provide any argument from any citizen.

This is my opinion - I am not anywhere even close to Democrat policies and while not a Trump fan either, am a conservative and that is basically what the project says it is about, getting back to the conservative values put forth in the Constitution.

I feel pretty much the same way. I was never a Trump fan, but when given a choice between a guaranteed continuation of the leftward ruin on the country, and possibly stopping it, I have little choice.

Trump impresses me now more than ever.

No problem -- Trump says he hasn't read it either:

After their Sept. 10 presidential debate, candidate (Trump) said, “I have nothing to do with Project 2025. I haven’t read it. I don’t want to read it purposely. I’m not going to read it.”

If Trump hadn't said that he hadn't read it or intends to read it, would anyone assume that had read a 900+ page book written by 40 PhD academicians and law school professors who typically write in peer-reviewed professional journals?

That is why I suggested one read only the last part.  Maybe Trump hasn't read it but it sure seems that those he is selecting to run the different offices fits with the project goals.
