When notifying Immigration about moving how long grace period do we get before we have to notify Immigration?

It doesn't matter...   notification of address only has an impact IF you are going to be having any interaction with an immigration office (for an extension of stay etc / or if submitting a 90 day report).

 

Thus - realistically, you only need to do the 'notification' before any such process.

You would need to do a TM30 for new address if having dealing with immigration office.

Common example would be to apply for extension.
