If it's been less than 5 days quickly take the 3 drug cocktail.   3 pills 2x day for 5 days

That's Paxlovid.

Good idea if tested positive and in a risk group or elderly (recommendations vary, from over 50 to over 65)

Available at the ARI clinic downstairs at the parking of Samitivej Hospital for about 27000, Bumrungrad (a bit more than 30000) etc. You have to see a doctor and do a test at the hospital.

My experience of having had it twice (first in the middle of the worldwide flood, second as it was diminishing) was that the first time was 48 hours of not much, 2nd time was 2 weeks of flu-like symptoms and 6 months of lethargy afterwards.

I think others have had similar experience. Like dengue, it gets worse not less each time you catch it.

Day 2.

Woke up congested and in pain. Acutally I only slept for the last 2 hours.

After a while, I noticed my vision is much better and my mypia almost gone.

Then I realized I forgot to remove contact lenses.

Have you actually tested positive for Covid?

I've been sick as a dog since last Friday. Never felt this bad with Covid x 3 (Delta, Omicron and whatever came next) or the last time I had dengue (had twice, first time was grim).

Repeatedly testing negative for Covid, Flu A/B, RSV etc. Lungs clear. Doc says bllood work suggests bacterial infection so just started antibiotics yesterday. Still running a low-grade fever, lower back pain, coughing up shed-loads of green gunk. But at least no pulsing headache (finally).

Hope you feel better soon.

May have been the case for you but I've had Delta, Omicron and whatever was after that. Never felt very sick. The last time I wouldn't even have known without positive test.

Also not true dengue gets worse each time you catch it. Again, I've had it twice. First time was tough, second time not so much. Depends more on the variant and the individual as to how you react (or so doc told me last time).

That sort of mirrors my experience.  3 vaccines, caught Covid twice.  Both time I had a week of feeling like I had flu.

The annoying part was the fatigue that kept hitting me for several months after.  I would wake up really refreshed but some days within a few hours I would feel absolutely shattered.

I'm not old and definitely not overweight.

Actually my wife got tested positive at BNH as she got sick a week before me.

Depends on what actually test they did, as the one, will usually give a positive, simply having antibodies in your system, which most people surely have by now.

Which ever, speedy recovery 👍

Yes paxlovid.  I think it helped for me in our July 4th cases.   Didn't have to pay anything here. Or maybe 25$ copay.   Wow 800-900$
