You can request a copy of the information "Traveling in-out of Thailand" at local provincial Immigration office with your passport only.

• Request form for copying travel information

I used an automated gate at BKK to exit a few weeks and plan to return in a few days. I have a valid re-entry permit.  Will there be any entry issues?

No.

Recently arrived back and went through re entry ..stamped in... less than 5 minutes.Have an o extension based on Thai wife and alway get a multi re entry permit after every yearly  extention.. Can go a year at a time with no need for 90 day reports.

Well you can if you leave the country, if you stay 90 days you report.

Yes I know..all about timing....Usally head back to UK..EU 2..3 times a year and combined with weeken breaks .. jollies to Phnom Penh,Kl,Osaka,Hong Kong etc...all works well..krup..
