Perhaps Ms Rowling could appraise herself of what Transgender Day of Remembrance is actually about, she might then avoid grandstanding on such an obvious false premise.

Here’s what TDOR is actually about:

“Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDOR) is an annual observance on November 20 that honors the memory of the transgender people whose lives were lost in acts of anti-transgender violence.”

Where in the OP is stated that this transgender person lost his life due to anti-transgender violence?

What I did read in the OP though, was that it concerns a transgender who was a risk to the community of normal people

Yes I did read the OP, refer my first post in which I address take Rowling’s grandstanding her Transgender thing with an obvious false premise.

False premise is your opinion, not her opinion or the many others who made the same connections. Sounds to me like you are the one grandstanding

No Brian the ‘false premise’ is not my opinion.

I have provided a factual statement on the objectives of TDOR complete with a statement on the matter from the founder and a link to the source of those factual statements.

The flag is raised for TDOR, refer OP.

Then refer to linked facts on TDOR that I have posted.

That is just what I did.

You're not only an ignorant woke, but seemingly blind to what you posted as well. Where is stated that this transgender, who was a violent risk to the local community, lost his life due to violence by others?

it isn’t.

It’s all part of the same false premise.

The flag is not raised to honour a violent transgender.

Critics also questioned the appropriateness of Scott’s inclusion on the TDOR list, noting that there was no evidence to suggest the death was linked to transphobia. An online thread shared by FWS examined the commemorative day, arguing that it “isn’t quite what it seems” and criticized the inclusion of a “violent offender with a history of harming women and children.”

If I was a parent or one of the victims I would also be furious at the council for including this criminal on the list. Well done Rowling!

Then tell me why that violent transgender, who didn't die because of anti-transgender violence, was named on the list.

Edit to add: It seems he was even only a wannabe transgender, so he would never belonged on that list

Go home JK, you'll never be Scottish, no matter how hard you try.

Are you trying to be Thai though ?

Anyway, she isn't trying to be Scottish and she isnt even there , and this topic isn't even anything to do with where anyone comes from

Tdor... jeezus, a day of rememberance for a 0.0000000001% of the population.

Kind of makes a mockery of the actual rememberance day, where people died actually fighting for something.

You are a racist.

Being Scottish or English is not a race, so it's not racist to say go home. Also, she is home. She lives there. She is not an 'irregular ' immigrant as it's now named.
