Since I was not raised in GB and have never lived there, I would love to hear from Brits as to how accurate this view is and what solutions, if any are applicable. Since the way the British government works is "foreign" to me, it would be silly for me to comment as to what the British Government should or shouldnt do, except in general philosophical terms.

 

Of course, any comments I make would be coloured by my socialization into my American social, political and cultural milieu, so I look to be educated more than opinionated.
