Likely this jezebel has the two children from two different fathers.  If she ruined the prior two relationships what makes you think she won't do it to you too?

 

The divorce stats are interesting.  With each additional marriage the divorce rate gets higher and higher.  Almost like they are intentionally luring the next victim into the predator's lair.

As for the OP, it's only 100k.  Her reasons could be legit for asking for it.  If you trust her do it and move on.  People telling you that she has kids, is old, not pretty and therefore doesn't deserve, in there estimation, what a younger woman with no kids should receive might be right but I would go with my gut feeling over their opinions.  You did ask for their opinions  though 🙂  BTW, I've witnessed many women with kids here in Thailand receiving sinsod.

 Hi I have lilved in Rangsit for  15 years.  GF and I bought a house her money her mortgage I covered the legal expenses.

 

I pay the mortgage every month the same as i would pay rent if I lived somehere else.  She covers all the other bills.

 

As to 100K donation i HAVE A FEW QUESTIONS

 

How old are her kids and what happenedd to their father.

 

You say that you want a child and that is cool but if the father of the other 2 kids got up and walked away she is thinking that you might do the same thing.  There is nothing she can do to stop you and there is nothing you can say that will convince her.  There is nothing stopping you from simly waking up taking a suitcase and leaving Thaialnd in a year or 2.

 

The 100K is not Sin Sod.  It is her guarantee that you are not going to knock her up then find some other cuties more your age or younger and leave her high and dry.

 

Schooling in Rangsit isnot cheap for the good schools and that is also a factor she has to look at.  If she has a child for you she is going to get big and fat and ugly and that may make you cheat or leave her.

 

If you are living there for free ( no rent no paying bills then you have proven her point)

In the unlikely event it is, sin sod is only for virgins. The fact that stupid farangs have been giving them sin sod for non virgins for many years has only meant that they think all farangs will hand over loadsacash for a second hand bride.

Paying sinsod for a non virgin is not part of the culture. It was in compensation for the parents losing a caretaker, as girls were ( ?are ) expected to look after their parents. If sinsod was required, it was for the first time she got married.
