Felton Jarvis Posted December 6, 2024 Posted December 6, 2024 Biden would be doing the right thing with preemptive pardons. Kash Patel intends to go after anyone considered an "enemy" of Trump, including media figures. 1

dinsdale Posted December 6, 2024 Posted December 6, 2024 Give Pfizer, Moderna etc. indemnity and give Fauci a preemptive pardon. One has to ask why?

The lame duck should have no power to initiate or pass anything. This period should only be for government processes i.e. bills already in process etc. and for the President Elect to form their government.. 2

Why is Fauci rumored the be on the list? Surly if he's not guilty of anything there's no problem. Same as the rest. Of course if you mention lawfare as a reason you may be on very thin ice. You can cite as much legacy media as you like but this will just reinforce your belonging to the sheeple population. Maybe that's why they need a pardon? Not neccessarily. They went after Trump on nonsensical charges such as the expired misdemeanor and made it into 34 felonies. Nobody in the world even knows what the felony was and he was unable to defend against this unknown felony. Anyone could be a victim to such vindictive behavior. This was a yuuuge mistake by the democrat cult that convinced themselves they would win 4 more years. Ouch 4

That's never going to apply if they haven't even been accused of a crime. Is this silly season? Are the Dem's proving how bonkers they are? I guess having attempted to use the Justice System to cancel Trump, they think they can bend the rules to suit themselves. BTW, if they managed to do so, just imagine what Trump could do with preemptive pardons? If they could do so, then so can every president in the future. Correct - you need to accept your are guilty before being pardoned. There are legal ramifications including the loss of the 5th Amendment right if you are pulled before a Congressional inquiry or Grand Jury. The notion of pardoning a "phantom" crime would almost certainly end up at the Supreme Court. Before that happens, Hunter would need to be charged with a felony that occurred with the pardon period. SCOTUS wouldn't take it on until 2026 at the earliest, we'd maybe see a verdict in June that year, otherwise 2027. Jack Smith is already being investigated for misconduct by the DOJ, it will be interesting to see if he is given a "phantom" pardon. 1

Stop listing to the "MSNBC's" and the other regime media liars. They distort facts for listeners such as you. If you are by some oddity NOT referring to Trump and this "planned retribution", you can clear this up right now. Trumps revenge is "success" 2

But of course preemptively blanket pardoning for the un-accused would only be necessary for criminals aware of their crimes. Chris Wray & Garland will be gone , other top Doj & Fbi will have job reviews by the Bondi/ Patel team ! Notes from investigations& interviews (FD 302’s)will be analyzed from prior years . Trump never had a team of loyalist or wingpeople heading up the Doj/ FBI , in his tenure. That being said ! It’s sure gonna be delicious watching the lefts media activist scurrying to spin accountability into retribution! A new day in my country is coming, right soon! 1 1
