Are "Passport Bros" now polluting our shores here in SE Asia, and East Asia, too?

Dear Folks,

I just came across this fantastic vid from CNA Insider which touches and sheds light on this important evolution happening in America, and presumably elsewhere in the west.

What are your thoughts concerning this new trend?

Are Passport Bros good for Asia?

Or, might there be more negative consequences which outweigh the positive?

Please do not blame me...though...because...

I first came to Asia in order to soak up Chinese culture and further my education..in many areas.

I am very satisfied with the education I received in all the East Asian countries I visited.

I would say that SE Asia, however, has been a very mixed bag for me.

Probably this is due to the fact that I am a serious person, and upright relatively...compared to the average Passport Bro.

This video is truly fascinating.

This transformation will affect our new world, one which I am not sure that I wish to be a part of.

Upon watching this video, my plan is to withdraw into hermithood, even more deeply than in the past.

My only social outlet, in the future, I imagine, will become my participation on TV....

Looking forward to my new life here.

Thank you.

Best regards,

Gamma

Thank you for reading and replying to my Topics.

I very much appreciate reading your thoughts, from time to time.

You have a different, but equally important, perspective from mine, quite obviously.

I said I did not read it and I asked you two questions which you failed to answer, as usual!

It's a public service from our brothers, to incent American women to lose a few dozen pounds and learn to be nicer.

They'll live longer and be happier.

BTW, YouTube is blocked here, but I think I've seen that video a dozen times, or a at least dozen more just like it.

Agreed: Feminist nag, sensitive Thai sociologist, blokey bloke, a fake peek at the "dark" side, then a hottie who's up for a Swedish boyfriend. All of these shows are the same.

A passport bro is just another overseas girlfriend seeker with an anti-feminist speech attached. Like feminists affect anyone's dating prospects any more in the west than the Amish do.

Had a vacation down in São Paulo this year, a renowned passport bro place. I have a friend who moved there for the women. In his Portuguese class of 15 guys, there's one other passport bro.

It's just hype. Like Global Nomads supposedly being everywhere, but you never encounter one.

Half the foreign guys in Thailand are passport bros.  Some of the rest are going to take a hard look at the ball and chain they're traveling with and become passport bros.

The rest of us are here for the temples and the culture.

That show promised to examine the diff between sex tourists and passport bro's and then it didn't.

Is a passport bro a wife-seeker, or just here for a good time? Because both those types of people have been here since the 70's?

That's why I think a passport bro is just another Red Pill true believer with a revenge fantasy that fatties back home are ruing the day that their feminize ways drove away such prize males. As if.

A wife-seeker.  Someone looking to sleep around isn't a passport bro.

It certainly isn't something new.  It's just that it's been discovered by a new generation and become pretty mainstream and popular.

It's funny that it was damned 40 years ago and is still damned today.

Do you think more people are doing it? I don't. It's always been a one in 10,000 kind of guy.

Of course.  Society is always trying to control men.

As I said, I think it's a lot more mainstream.  It feels like in the past, people ended up doing it when they felt they had no other choice, while now, it's become people's first choice.

"Passport Bros" is just more clichéd jargon inspired by the Roganification of the young male population. You put the word "bro" into anything these days and men think it sounds like something cool that they want to be a part of.

Meanwhile, Passport Bros is just a new name for the longstanding Mail-Order Bride concept. The whole idea has been around for decades already. It's certainly not a new phenomenon. So I wouldn't waste any time digging any deeper into it.

That's absolutely wonderful. The best news I've heard in months. I hope you keep your promise, live up to that, and don't let anyone down. Please also consider taking a 20 year sabbatical from AN. Everyone would greatly thank you for it.

I'm constantly boggled by how many on here don't know there is an ignore function.

and it's working. How many workshops will now have Playboy centerfolds on display ( or if Playboy went woke, an equivalent )?

Real men are an endangered species, and when our generation has passed, an extinct one.

Why not go for broke, total "hermithood" is the way forward!

When was the last time a centerfold was hung up in a workplace? I’m guessing early 80s.

That's my point. The virus of wokeism ( previously called PC ) has been infecting western culture for a long time.
