I have maybe 50 of the things sit on my roof all day long, the noise is tolerable, the 5hit is not. It rolls off onto my patio and steps.

What will get rid of them please?

I am reading that citronella or lavender plants will keep them away.

Is this just some Flintstone idea or does it work?

 

I have small balconies for the AC units and I don't like the idea of my apartment air being contaminated by pigeon poop related microbes.

 

The balconies are encased in net but the pigeons often find a way in.
