Spotify.
I am downloading songs on Spotify. It seems a very good service, if you are on wifi or even your mobile data you can play your songs with a very good sound on the bluetooth ear buds. You have a choice of the free downloads or you can pay 139Bt per month for playing your music normally without the need for wifi or using your mobile data. I don't mind paying the 139Bt per month, but what is the point if you will already mostly have the wifi or mobile data anyway. Is there any other advantage with paying the 139Bt per month for always? -

Landslide Buries Workers’ Camp on Koh Samui, Two Missing
Unfortunately, trees are being cut down everywhere for the countless pseudo "villa" projects. Landslides often occur during heavy rain, especially on mountain slopes. Greed eats brains. Nothing is secured after such clear-cutting operations. Then you can often see that the sand is washed onto the roads and many motorcyclists then break their bones. But the builders don't want to take any responsibility. They leave their sand on the street for weeks/months. They don't have to be liable, so they don't care. -

Update to my Rant earlier today
I appreciate the various comments...thanks. Yes, I suppose I could change over to a Retirement Visa and extensions using an agent....but, to begin with I don't know any! And yes DrJack54, there are financial constraints for the other alternatives. It is the only time that i/we have been messed around like this, but at the end of the day,it is just an annoying (and unnecessary ) inconvenience this time. Perhaps they ARE trying to get more people to take the Retirement / Agent route as the Marriage route yields them nothing, except the receipteds 1900 baht. At least they dropped the stupid home visit this year....although I still had to include the hand drawn map of how to find our house (same photocopied map every year).
