Hi,
Hopefully someone can inform me:
When a foreign national (British) moves from a Tourist Visa to a Non-Immigrant B Visa - working at a business they have a controlling share in - can it be done from within Thailand or does it have to be done outside of the country?
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs website only states:
‘Nationals of certain countries are required to apply for a visa only at the Royal Thai Embassy or Royal Thai Consulate-General in their home/residence country or at the designated Royal Thai Embassy or Royal Thai Consulate-General. ’
Also, are things any different when moving from Visa Exempt to a Non-Immigrant B Visa?
Many thanks.
I may have got the wrong end of the stick here (and if so apologies) but recently needed to download some networking videos on YT and found Any Video Converter about easy as anything I have ever used -
