Yellow book Hua Hin, need Aus Passport translated and signed by ministry of foreign affairs

Featured Replies

, anyone know if this is true?

I was told that I could also have this signed by the Department of Consular Affairs on Chaeng Wattana Road , anyone know if this is true?

lAlso anyone know of a translation service that is reasonable in price and can be done while we wait?

Cheng Wattana is closer to us but if we have to go to the ministry of foreign affairs in Ratchathewi and the process is quicker then open to suggestions on this too.

thanks in advance.

I think @Upnotover was helping you out as your initial post has gone wrong or you used white font, not sure.

There is a very good service in Chamchuri Sq. Did everything for my pink card. Translation and courier to MFA. B1,500, if I recall correctly.

However, I had to go myself to my embassy to get passport authentication letter before anything else.

Sunida (?) or Sutida (?) was the company name. We found it in a google search

Just done the process for a certified copy of my British passport.

British consular services for the certified copy, (ours is 25GBP and you make an online appointment to collect)

Then off to the Office of Consular Affairs at Chang Wattana (MRT pink line, station called Government Complex)

Office of Consular affairs is right there at the bottom of the steps.

A few people around who will do the translation (400 baht) and get you a queue number

Once translated (about an hour), they will take you to the waiting area for consular affairs

About 30 mins, hand your stuff over, they will get you to fill out your address for them to post the docs to you.

Pay (200-400 depending on signatures), get your receipt and go home and wait for the mail.
