A few other things that may or may not have made the news cycle you watch: Pennsylvania caught and arrested Dem election official faking votes for Harris. (this was on TV yesterday - googling it today and you can't find it.) 1 confirmed case of bird flu in Louisiana - CA Gov Newsom declares state of emergency over bird flu. Googling this gets interesting results - some calling a "Proactive State of Emergency" and claiming it's wiping out dairy cows and making people fall ill while a separate search just on BF and it says this is the 1st ever case in the US. The mayor of San Diego, CA and his counsel passed a "Law" forbidding law enforcement from helping ICE. The sheriff said, "screw you" to the mayor. Liz Cheney may soon occupy a cell next to or in place of the J6ers for witness tampering - Googling this now (less than 24hrs later) and all you can find are articles on how "The Revenge Machine" has started, targeting this poor, underappreciated champion of democracy when, in reality, she's always hated President Trump and threw all in with the panel, even to the point of breaking laws and NOW she has No Air-cover - they were ALL fired by the voters. In a wonderfully clever move, the Dems have moved "Shifty Schiff" from the house to the senate with hopes of a last minute pardon. The Biden Legacy is going to be "Steal til you get caught then just pardon everyone". -

Winning The Trans Debate: Balancing Victory with Integrity
I have always thought of transgenderism, crossdressing etc to be a bit like riding a motorbike. I haven't the faintest idea why you would want to do it, but I respect your right to do it. That said, the hardcore supporters of trans rights spoiled things for themselves with their demands to go so far, so quickly. Former men should not be allowed to compete in women's sporting events. That's obvious to most people. And while the majority of trans women may have totally innocent intentions in wanting to use female toilets, changing rooms etc, a (presumably) minority of creeps has made that a toxic notion. If they had played the long game and allowed society to come to terms with such radical change then maybe they would have a greater amount of public sympathy but I think that the trans rights warriors brought this on themselves. -

Elvis of Thailand reveals duct tape secret for younger look at 78

The TikTok channel, @elvisthailand, was created by Somsak’s granddaughter to share his story and showcase how he remains fit and firm at his age. A recent video, which attracted significant attention from Thai netizens and news outlets, features Somsak’s unique method for maintaining a younger appearance. The video was uploaded on Sunday, December 15, with a caption… “The secret of a firm face revealed. Folk wisdom. Do not copy!” In the clip, Somsak is seen carefully applying yellow duct tape to his face, pulling it tight to achieve a lifting effect. He revealed to his granddaughter that he has been using this method for about two years. Initially, Somsak’s grandchildren, including the creator of the TikTok channel, urged him to stop using duct tape, citing potential risks. However, they later changed their minds after seeing the results of his strange face-lifting technique. In addition to using duct tape, Elvis of Thailand also credits dietary supplements and skin care products recommended by his grandchildren to maintain appearance. His granddaughter, however, cautioned viewers against copying the method, warning that the adhesive and chemicals in the tape could cause allergic reactions or skin irritation. She noted that Somsak himself occasionally experienced discomfort from the tape. One Thai woman commented on the video, sharing that she had seen a foreign TikTok user employing a similar technique, but with medical-grade tape. She expressed interest in trying the method herself. In an interview with Sanook, Somsak revealed that he got the idea to use duct tape for face-lifting while fixing his car. Impressed by the tape’s strong adhesive properties, he decided to experiment with it on his face. Somsak emphasised that duct tape alone is not responsible for his younger appearance. He also maintains a regular exercise routine, working out three to four times a week at his home gym. Additionally, he proudly displayed awards he won from singing contests and beauty pageants. Somsak expressed his delight at the attention and admiration he received from netizens. Yep, I literally am, and have said so a couple of times already. Will many more times be needed? You're going around in circles. But they aren't unkind to me. You have a basic misunderstanding. I don't care if they think of me, as noted. But they certainly do when I give them a gift. A gift given in a spirit of benevolence and generosity doesn't need reciprocation. The act of giving is its own reward. You're not going to be able to understand this basic concept foreign to you, so I guess we've reached the end of the discussion. -
