Gang Attacks Man at Pattaya Apartments, Resulting in Fatality
Sorry if I rain on your parade, but he wasn't collecting rent at 00:10. That is only when it was reported. He would have tried to collect it some time earlier for the other events to have happened. -

Avoid to pay tax
If you are physically present (for.any second of the day), for no more , cumulatively, than 179 days ( you have also no Thai income), should be fine. The visa duration does not matter, it is physical presence, that matters. -

Stabbing Incident in Pattaya Leaves Japanese Tourist Dead; Suspect Caught
He looks "Luk khrueng" and may have Thai mother and British father, hence Thai/British. Luk khrueng (Thai: ลูกครึ่ง, literally "half-child") is a colloquial Thai term referring to a person whose parents are of different nationalities.[1] In a narrow sense, luk khrueng means people of mixed Thai and foreign origin;[2][3] a person of mixed Thai and Chinese origin is called tai chuea sai jin, rather than luk khrueng. In the modern era, many luk khrueng are born of relationships and marriages when Westerners come to live and to work in Thailand or when Thai people go to study in Western or foreign countries.[5] In more recent generations, luk khrueng have become accepted and even embraced by society and many luk khrueng have carved out a prominent role in the entertainment industry in which their often-fluent English and their Caucasian features (such as fair skin, larger or colored eyes and allegedly tall physique), which are deemed attractive in Thai culture, have proved to be advantageous. Within teenage culture these features are also extremely popular.[6] -

Opinion : Why is the Dem party so toxic?
Just because he posts things you disagree with doesn't make him a troll, but complaining about it says much about you. -

Israeli military loosened rules of engagement at start of Gaza war
I am not interested in your opinions, I am interested in facts. Israel has not created a gold standard in civilian harm mitigation in war. That implies there is a standard in civilian casualties in war that is acceptable or not acceptable; that zero civilian deaths in war is remotely possible and should be the goal; that there is a set civilian-to-combatant ratio in war no matter the context or tactics of the enemy. But all available evidence shows that Israel has followed the laws of war, legal obligations, best practices in civilian harm mitigation and still found a way to reduce civilian casualties to historically low levels. https://www.newsweek.com/israel-has-created-new-standard-urban-warfare-why-will-no-one-admit-it-opinion-1883286
