If the flight is overbooked you are welcome for denied boarding. No return, no visa for 90 days? Remember that US airline which paid premiums to their boarding agents for every guest "caught" with some violation that brings money (mostly baggage affairs though). Ages ago I had a 32 day return ticket and had to shorten/rebook on the spot for a significant amount. -

Lazada - No Banking App payment anymore?
I ran into this only a month ago, but Bangkok Bank payment had disappeared. I finally called and reported the issue. It reappeared in one or two days. Yesterday I called about not being able to use my Wallet to pay for orders when using my laptop. Yes, I understand wallet refunds only can be used. Supposedly they send a SMS with a code. Never got the message. Agent suggested I try to pay using the phone app. I did while she was still on phone and it worked instantly. Note that the phone number is on my account for delivery notifications but IS NOT the same as the phone number for my main account. Also note that the wallet feature previously on my laptop worked fine, without any SMS nonsense. So, bottom line I place the order on my laptop and then pay it on my phone. Ludicrous solution. Really the lazada phone app is a dumpster fire and the desktop is not much better. On a final note I told her I had was tired of vendors delaying actually giving the order out for delivery. They postpone it for two weeks and then cancel or lazada cancels because they don't deliver in their stated timeline. I ask that they should be penalized or blacklisted for such repeated behavior. She was aware of it and said they had a Seller Team who tracks and does penalize them. Truth? Not sure. I added that as a buyer I can be sanctioned for too many cancellations. Thus happened to me a year ago because ONE vendor got angry at a cancellation I made for delayed delivery. Lazada barred me from paying with bank transfer. I called them and when they checked my record and saw the literary hundreds of orders I had placed over the years they thanked me for my loyalty and INSTANTLY freed my account. So it's a crap shoot with these folks but what can ya do? Shopee? Yeah but they don't fill the whole bucket either. Both have customer-facing problems IMO.
