How it’s made

The secret to SIAM SAPPHIRE starts in Thailand’s lush sugar cane fields. The tropical climate is ideal for growing high-quality sugar cane, and each stalk is handpicked by local farmers.

Once harvested, the sugar cane is pressed fresh to capture its natural richness. The juice is then distilled in copper pot stills, which are also used in Cognac production. After distillation, the rum is aged in oak barrels that once held whisky. Then, the rum is aged in ex-whisky oak barrels. This aging process imparts subtle yet complex flavour while giving the rum its deep copper hue.

RUANG KHAO does every process in small batches to ensure quality and attention to detail.

What does RUANG KHAO SIAM SAPPHIRE taste like?
