world wide income taxation update
The funds will still be remitted. All you are doing is spreading the remittances over several recipients. Your daughter in the UK may also have some tax implications, but I am not a Brit, so I'm not up with this. You are basically trying to use Thai proxies to circumvent the tax policy. I have no problem at all with tax minimization, however, the tax is on the money in this case, not necessarily the person, if you can look at it that way. All you would be doing is shifting the tax liability onto some Thai's in the family. Your "cunning plan" may buy you some time, but as I have said before, I have a feeling that a foreigner living in Thailand on "air" is going to come under scrutiny at some stage. -

Phuket netizens slam half-naked foreign man on red baht bus
I'm sure glad it does. I don't want them anywhere near where I live. Same for phuket. I saw Pattaya once in the afternoon, didn't want to see it at night. Drove on. -

60 days on arrival to Non O annual extension
You can apply for the extension prior to April 1. Obviously don't leave it to last minute, just in case immigration want some extra document. The most important thing is the financials. Immigration will want to see the 800k seasoned for two months prior to date of application. Your bank book (+photocopies) should be sufficient. In addition CW will want the "bank letter". That just confirms you as owner of the account and balance on that day. They also like to see activity and update. I attend bank on day of application L1 CW and give lady 100b for deposit + 100b for bank letter. Also ask the bank person to kindly photocopy this last page of bb to show update and activity on the day. Which bank do you use -
