Good.  The J6 convictions have been a literal witch-hunt.  It's time to roll that back.

Apparently Biden has been preemptively pardoning loads of people, including his family. Is that actually legal if they have not been convicted of anything?

My guess is that preemptive pardons will see their day in court on the grounds that they are not what the author's of the US Constitution had in mind.  Pardoning people who have not been convicted of a crime?  I don't see how that flies legally, but I do expect to see those preemptive pardons contested right up to the SCOTUS by USAG Pam Bondi.  BTW, Biden expressly stated that he would never issue preemptive pardons when Trump was exiting office in 2021 and the media was floating the notion that he would use preemptive pardons.

In the meanwhile - assume that everyone who was granted a preemptive pardon is guilty of a crime. It is a tacit admission of criminal acts and guilt.

If it was me and I had not committed a crime, I'd be screaming to get the pardon revoked as the preemptive pardons are an implicit testament of crimes committed as well as guilt.

And equally as good, he's pardoning pro-lifers thrown into prison by the Biden regime.

Assuming he is still alive at the end of his term, I am wondering if Trump will pardon himself. He has asked if it is possible.

For what does he need to pardon himself?

He did what he had to do, and you clearly do not see the crooked evils arriving like a thunderstorm do you?

I'm looking forward to Bondi releasing the 40,000 hours of video from Jan6.  From what I saw on the righty wingnut sites, some of the J6 rioters belonged in jail, a few of them for a long time.  But a lot of them were reacting to the Gestapo police tactics and trying to stop the cops from beating people to death.  Like happened to Rosanne Boyland.

Hard to fault the cops, because they could see they'd been thrown under the bus and were seriously undermanned.  On purpose.  But a lot of them went full Rambo on the dreaded right wing protestors.  I suspect a lot more protestors would have shared Ms Rosanne's fate had there been no good men to push back.  And end up in prison for it.

We'll soon see.  When the new DOJ gets in.

I do not think you understand, they broke in to the Congress, and Trump did nothing, he encouraged then. End of discussion

Thats the facts

You must watch a lot of CNN and MSDNC if you believe that's the end of discussion.

By that same reasoning, George Floyd had just passed a counterfeit bill and he resisted police.  He got what was coming to him.  End of discussion.

It will end well for the unjustly imprisoned by the witch hunt Dems.

If that's the real face, I prefer it to the liberal insanity that ended today.

He's not even correct about Trump encouraging them. That, IMO, is something the Dems made up.

If you believe what the Dems made up about the protest, you probably think Monty Python was a documentary.

This is one of those cases where he really needs to pardon and release all of them.  Even the guilty.  To send a message.  Otherwise, it'll just happen again when the wrong side protests.

The killer rabbits are still better than Trump and MAGA. But I am sure they will try to be crazier than that.

If any of them actually injured anyone I can't agree, but far as I know, the only real crime was the cop that killed an unarmed protestor. Perhaps Trump should put him on trial to send a message.

In the history of the planet, when did insurrectionists ever leave their weapons at home?

Killed by a policeman, on a public street, watched by a crowd, for passing a counterfeit bill? Goodness me, is that the society which you want?

Don't bother answering - as you declare "end of discussion"!
