He is a resident of Arizona. Under Arizona law, you do not need a background check to buy a gun from a private party in Arizona.  He can go to one of the weekly gun shows and purchase anything he wants.

Try listening to Steven Sund's testimony. Pelosi didn't admit anything much in there either. In fact she deemed very quiet for the whole period up until the riot - not like afterwards of course - and she was not involved in the J6 hearings either. Curiouser and curiouser.
