Not in LOS but in Hamilton,Bermuda. As young sailors a couple of us "borrowed" mopeds for a midnight tour around the Island. The Bobbies caught us and directly to the slammer.

An Officer from the ship got us released in the AM.Bermuda was lovely as I recall.

I was arrested once, when I was running my international criminal organization from my secret lair in Nakon Backofbeyond.

 

I had run foul of a rival Albanian gang who's leader, Alban the Albanian despised me with a passion.

 

He had bribed one of my operatives to obtain some dirt on me which was passed to the RTP.

 

I was arrested, dragged from my humble croft in to one of their filthy pickups.

 

However getting wind of this nefarious plot, my second in command, AKA 'Mrs Gin The Slayer' organized a hit.

 

Alban came to a hideous end, and trumped up charges were fabricated against all of the police, and as we arrived at the police station they were all arrested and taken to some dark hell hole lock up, where my paid assassins took care of 'business' 

 

I returned to my lair, however this near brush with the law made me give up my life of crime and take up bee keeping.

 

To this day I produce the best organic honey in Thailand!

After Harrisfan posted the "bad jokes" comment in his response to why I have been arrested twice you nested those posts and accused me of posting "fake information on internet" [sic]. I asked you to back up your ridiculous accusation so it would be nice if you would just do that.

Yes. In Ban Phe. 22 years ago. P!ssed as a fart late night walking or more correct staggering back to hotel ducked in behind a shed for a pee. Then got a few meters further and fell into a garden and joed out. Woke up few hours later and just about back at hotel and the cop Isuzu ute pulled up with 4 little cops surrounding me with hands on batons and guns. 

In interrogation cell and security guard who spoke broken English saw me duch behind shed for pee was leading charge that I was the leader of a criminal burglar ring and was casing out the area. You couldn't make this up how stupid it sounds when I was still p!ssed out of my drunken brain. It got worse as the night D cop who spoke no English sticks a hand made gun in my face trying to get me to confess or scare me. Anyhow spent the rest of morning in cell with the nights drunks. In morning a cool detective who struck me as a stonehead who spoke little bit of English concluded truth I was drunk took me out for breakfast then took me to a magistrate who fined me 500 baht for being drunk and disorderly.

Conclusion was that there is some real ahole cops and security guards in Thailand, but the day detective and magistrate struck me as fair and honest people. The security guard who was a real ahole I would have loved to have had the pleasure of meeting again in a dark deserted spot.
