There will always be illegals coming in to most countries, to escape poverty and for asylum. They will come because there will always be people that will hire them illegally, to save money. It might go down for a month but it always fluctuates. there isn't a set amount of people that are "supposed" to come in. It just happens. You catch them, deport them, and they come back when they get more money to pay the coyotes.
