The Ministry of Labour has partnered with the Association Française Nuad Thai & Spa (AFNTS) to promote the growing popularity of traditional Thai massage in France, opening up opportunities for skilled Thai masseuses. This collaboration aims to fill a hundred vacancies for massage therapists and trainers in France to cater to the increasing demand.

 

This partnership comes amidst surging interest in Thai massage, with its popularity soaring among the French. For those looking to work in France, it is essential to note the regulations, although the country doesn't require a specific massage license. However, holding a certificate of labour standards from Thailand or completing recognised training programmes will greatly benefit applicants.

 

 

The job offers not only an opportunity for cultural exchange but also an attractive salary starting at 1,824 euros per month, roughly 64,000 baht, with additional income possibilities through tips and overtime payments. The standard workweek is limited to five days, in accordance with French law, and includes various benefits.

 

Those qualified and interested in pursuing this international opportunity are encouraged to take the national labour skill standard test. I hope no applicants are tempted by dodgy agents looking for commission to get them a job, or those human traffickers looking to place them in brothels.

Not really a whole lot of money they ae earning to be living in France.  This will probably lead to some tipping for "extras".
