Hell, he can't even afford a business suit or the toiletries necessary to bathe himself. It seems as though ONLY you claim that he has stolen billions yet he is a pauper, and that he has many villas or he is a pauper. Can you not answer a simple question with a simple answer without deflection? 1 2

Perhaps you think all the nukes are under Putin's bed or they won't be used by someone else in that event? IMO there are not enough nukes in the western arsenal to destroy all of Russia, so enough left to wipe out most of Euroland and part of the US. 1

Popular Post simon43 Posted 5 hours ago Popular Post Posted 5 hours ago This war would never had happened if NATO hadn't endlessly pushed east, (despite promising never to do so). Additionally, simply for geographical and defence reasons, the 'west' should acknowledge that Russia must annex Crimea, so that it controls its naval entry into the Black Sea. Give Russia Crimea, pull back NATO's eastern border, and the Russian bear will go back to sleep. 2 2 1 1

After the Soviet empire collapsed all the eastern European countries that had been under Russian rule applied to join NATO and the EU. They wanted the same rights as the West, national sovereignty and democratic rule Putin realised if Ukraine followed suit, as they wished to, then his own autocratic rule could come under threat as Russians demanded similar freedoms. The dictator is scared of losing power. 1 1 1 1
