You are all just old men who constantly criticize everything in this world. You think the world is in your hands, but you’re clinging to the evil that was once done to you in the past. But do you realize that you were also the evil in someone else’s past?

Thailand, the land of freedom—calling it that may not be wrong, but it has its own limitations. I want to tell you so badly to stop making your own thoughts the ultimate truth. We know Hitler was evil—so what? If a shirt has a symbol on it, then what? It’s just a piece of clothing, isn’t it?

What is clothing, anyway? Aren’t you proud of being so intelligent? Yet you don’t even know what clothes are and why they exist. For heaven’s sake, stop clinging to the past. Let go of the things you’ve experienced and live your life to the fullest in the present.

Remember my words: We live in the present. The past is behind us, and the future is ahead. Have you truly lived your life to the fullest in the present?

Nobody clings onto WW2 history quite like Europe. They are destroying themselves now because of it

And the Brits are top of the shop. The elites still think they should be ruling the world.

Number 2:

The Thai woman wouldn't know what the symbol represented or ever heard of Hitler, Nazis, the Holocaust, or WWII. Her other T-shirt probably has a picture of Che Guevara and she thinks it's Bob Marley - but then again, has she heard of Bob Marley? :coffee1:

Considering that the average Thai student or Thai period doesn't even know the significance of Kanchanburi or hell fire pass. You can not expect them to know anything about Germany or that part of the world.  The education department skirts over things like WW2 as they are not shining moments in Thai history.

Most don't even have a clue about Patpong or the U.S in Vietnam war and the effect it had on their economy.

It is the same with a lot of the rap music they listen to and the lyrics that they do not understand.

Forgetting or never knowing what Hitler stood for makes Asians innocent if just choosing a pretty picture.

Their ignorance is also a strength.

I probably would let it pass, because most Thais have no idea of European history.

OTOH, you are one of the nastiest and most offensive posters on ASEAN, so you get no pass from me.

What's OTOH? Are you still on your smartphone or what?

That's not what I'm asking, are they musicians, politicians or movie stars?

When I was at school in the 1960's (United Kingdom) wars and colonialism were very much taboo subjects. Must be much the same in Thai schools?

AFAIK acronyms are not banned by the moderators.

As Far As I Know.

That's the last free pass you get.
