Yep. Most would have to via coalition process, so some balance. Not so with the current US government owning both Houses. Plus of course the ongoing very active process by trump and Co to destroy US institutions who should provide support and enablement of Rule of Law with sycophants e.g. Justice and FBI.

A coalition means nobody was good enough to have a defined win, or 2 partys join to stop another 'undesirables party winning, as happened in Austria last year.
