Surely it's just speculation or is it simply your (still not allowed to say it) obsession with all things Trump=all things bad and your need for attention? It is interesting though that you call the majority of American voters irrational. You seem to be forgetting that we currently have a billionaire running DOGE who has never been elected and probably never will run for election.  And Trump can't run for election again either.  Neither of them care at all about the republican party or about the results of any election after they are gone.

Again, he probably can't do that either by executive order.  That's what the 'checks & balances' of a 'democratic Republic' is about.  

 

Although, since most agree, it is a failed department, shouldn't be too hard to downsize it, or get rid of it.  IF the people's representatives agree.
